How soon can I get an inspection?
We can typically schedule within two to three business days. For urgent closings, contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate tight timelines.
Do I need to be present at the inspection?
We strongly recommend it. Attending the inspection gives you an opportunity to ask questions in real time and see any findings before the written report is delivered. That said, your attendance isn’t required; we will document everything thoroughly regardless.
What if I have questions about my report after delivery?
Call or email us. We stand behind our work, and we’re available to answer any questions, clarify any findings, discuss severity levels, or help you understand next steps. Our job isn’t done when the report is delivered.
